Another recipe to quiet those sweet tooth cravings. Would also be delicious in yogurt or on waffles. There is flexibility in this recipe with the amount of berries added. If you'd like more strawberries, throw in another cup.

Recipe type: Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 cup of strawberries, cleaned, stemmed, cut
- 1 pint of blueberries, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons of unpacked brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar (red)
- 2 teaspoons of butter
Instructions
- In an aluminum pan (we used a Weber 8 in x 6 in), add the berries and balsamic vinegar.
- Place the butter on top. Put one teaspoon on each side.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Do not mix.
- Cover with foil.
- Tastes best on the grill, so when you have about 10 minutes left with the rest of your food, put the aluminum covered pan on the grill rack.
- You can also bake for about 15-20 minutes in a 400 degree, preheated oven.
- Be careful removing this from the grill and be sure to place it on a platter before carrying. There will be much more juice in the pan after it's cooked. This will be hot so be careful not to tip the pan.
- Stir and enjoy!
